It was only a matter of time before I decided to open Casa Angelina.  A project in the making for many years, now (with major help from family and friends!), my dream has finally been realised.

I am a professional Pastry Chef who has worked for some of the most prestigious restaurants in the UK ...Harvey Nichols (London & Edinburgh), Rhubarb at Prestonfield House, The Balmoral, Hush and St John in London...just to name a few.

At Casa Angelina, we are passionate... and slightly obsessed... about good food and have long felt that rather than simply staying behind the scenes cooking and baking wonderful creations we wanted to come out of the kitchen and be involved with our customers.

Our aim is to keep it simple, using good quality, seasonal and well sourced local ingredients, free of additives and organic wherever possible, just as you might do at home when cooking & baking for your own children, friends and family.

We are nostalgic for a more relaxed, prettier way of life and therefore Casa Angelina is a just a big hat box of different skills and love for all things yummy, simple and honest.  It’s our mission to create a gorgeous, relaxing, and unique experience for you. We will be serving only the finest Artisan Roast coffees and Eteaket loose leaf teas. Every day you can take home our own delicious cookies, cup cakes, scones, sandwiches, soups, juices and much much more. Better still come in, sit down and share our passion.

With two young children of my own, I welcome yours to play in our toy box and sample our delicious treats.
